Indo-Pacific Impact Fund & UNDP Partnership

United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) will use its network, resources, and expertise to support the Indo-Pacific Impact Fund as an advisor in Impact Measurement and Management (IMM) to ensure contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), inclusivity of social entrepreneurs and accountability investees and investors. In addition, UNDP will facilitate in pipeline development through organization of venture accelerator programme and fundraising process.

Impact Measurement and Management (IMM)

• Setting-up an IMM framework for the Fund

• Provide technical support and advice on IMM framework for the Fund, impact monitoring and management at divestment

• Assist Fund Manager in application of IMM framework to portfolio companies

• Support drafting impact reports aligned to investor expetations and UN standards

Fundraising Preparation

• Review of the Fund's documentation on impact related aspects

• Introduction and facilitate discussion with potential LPs

• Jointly facilitate mobilization of seed funding through blended finance scheme and attract impact investors

Pipeline and Portfolio Development

• Identify pipeline of impact ventures that contribute to the SDGs for the Fund through organization series of impact Venture Accelerator programme and
UNDP/UN related projects

• Support Fund Manager in the provision of entrepreneurial skills development to portfolio companies

• Increasing fund's awareness and visibility through branding and events
